Q1: What should I keep doing?
I like how thorough you are with information booklets even if they aren't immediately needed. Having never gone through the process of selling and it being 45 years since I bought, there is procedures that are different now. I like how you explained everything in detail and re-explained my questions. And you were always 'there' for any comment or question . I really liked the electronic signing and video conferencing. --new experiences.

Q2: What could I do differently?
I don't I knew exactly when the 'for sale' sign was going up and the person putting it in didn't have it in a very good spot.

Q3: When referring me to others, what would you say?
I would say, that you are very friendly and invite questions. I would say that you are thorough. very fair and knowledgeable in pricing and take owners needs into consideration but that you aren't afraid to say if the owner needs to be more realistic. But you say it in a kind professional manner. --friendly and professional. That's important. I would call you again.

Honest & Diligent

Michele was honest and open about what was happening through out the process of both selling and purchasing a home.  She was extremely helpful and diligent when helping us pick out our new home. The final walk through was very thorough, and she knew what she was talking about. Very friendly and easy to work with. We feel she had our family’s best interest in mind.
