Finding the right home for your family is a very exciting, but sometimes overwhelming task!!!! I am here to assist you locate the best property for your wants & needs!!!! I will also get your current house sold as quickly, and easily as possible!!!! I am completely committed to making your transition as stress-free as possible, and I take care of all the details to make this happen.

Prior to obtaining my Real Estate License in 2013, I spent 27 years working in Veterinary Medicine as a Registered Veterinary Technician. During that time, I focused on building my clients' trust (both the 4 legged and their owner's), compassion, and the importance of customer service to develop a long lasting relationship.

My family lives on a small hobby farm just west of Waterloo, which we share with our German Shepherd Kane and senior kitty Sammy. Sammy showed up on our deck as a tiny kitten and has been a spoiled house cat since then.  Almost of the cats I have adopted have been rescues, since I am extremely aware of the number of felines that do not have permanent homes.  I also understand the importance of helping my clients with pets find the perfect fit for the entire family!

I have teamed up with the Canadian Cancer Foundation and I make a donation on behalf of my clients for each property that I help buy & sell.  The funds donated are used to support innovative research, health education and advocacy programs across Canada. Researchers funded by the Foundation are making a real impact, and are receiving international recognition for their work!!!! Help me support this vision of creating a future without breast cancer by listing your home with me!!!!

The other charity I actively support with every purchase and sale I complete with my clients is the Kitchener-Waterloo/Perth Humane Society.  Again, this is another opportunity to give back to our community!

I have also been a proud founding member of 100 Realtors Who Care Waterloo Region since it's conception in 2022.
